Zammie's nickname is Zambonie Man. Come meet him and you’ll see why he got this nickname. Zammie was abandoned at a pet supply store with neck injuries that looked like he'd been hung or hung himself on something. His injuries required an extended vet stay and medical care. He's doing great healthwise, although he does now look like he has a double chin. Zammie has no tail, just a little ball of fluff. He is an adorable Rumpy Manx. He is the most loving cat you’ll ever meet. Just listen to his side of things….
My ordeal left me wondering what my fate might be. I wonder no more…I am safe, I am recovering and I am loved! I take every opportunity at foster mom’s house to give kisses and get hugs. If she didn’t have to work, clean, care for other cats, etc. she said she’d cradle me like a baby for hours and just rub my tummy and under my double chins. The only way life could get any better is if you could give me a forever home. I’m a low-key, easy-going, squishy soft big ball of fur wanting nothing more than to express my appreciation for my new life.
Note: Zammie still seems to be a little frightened by men but with patience, we're sure he will overcome this.
Zammie was recently diagnosed with a Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. EDS causes his skin to be fragile and hyperextensible (super stretchy). Zammie has had a 4-paw declaw.
